1)STOP!!
Yeah stop!!
Any computer which is stuffed with bloatwares gets slow.A fact which many people ignore..I have seen people having all sorts of toolbars.Heck who needs all of them? Also many programs which you might never use still clutter up the system and impact performance.I recommend uninstalling all the unnecessary programs which in turn will increase your performance..If you are not entirely familiar with this please do install an excellent freeware called revo uninstaller which will help removing them.

Windows computers are unfortunately vulnerable to all sorts of threat.Trojan, virus,worms....etc...
